Bloem MSP-Woodgrip®D4: two KOMO® Certificates, one adhesive, zero worries!

Bloem Sealants launches its latest innovation in sustainable and strong bonding of (among other things) wooden frames, windows, and doors.

With the introduction of Bloem MSP-Woodgrip®D4, Bloem Sealants takes a new step forward in efficiency and reliability for the carpentry industry. Thanks to its excellent adhesion to hard, soft, and exotic wood species, including Accoya, Meranti, Merbau, Red Grandis, and Sapeli, this adhesive is suitable for the most demanding applications in both interior and exterior work. This ultra-strong, waterproof wood adhesive is unique in its class. It is the only D4 wood adhesive with two KOMO® product certificates, namely BRL0819 for window frames and BRL2339 for windows and doors.

Double security with one solution!

Until now, carpentry factories often had to switch between different adhesives for various applications. That’s past now: with MSP-Woodgrip®D4, all bonding can be done with one single product—from stiles and sills to finger joints and laminating. This not only saves time, but also prevents errors and simplifies quality control.

Bloem MSP-Woodgrip®D4: Part of the system!

Bloem MSP-Woodgrip®D4 therefore holds two KOMO® certificates, according to BRL0819 and BRL2339. With Bloem MSP-Woodgrip® D4, you can simply work without constantly switching adhesives. Bloem Sealants takes this concern off your hands. But Bloem MSP-Woodgrip® D4 is much more. Bloem MSP-Woodgrip® D4 is a 100% isocyanate-free, solvent-free, and PFAS-free wood adhesive that is safe to use, extremely strong (> 9.8 N/mm²), and sustainable, compliant with Class D4 (EN 204 and WATT ’91).

As final seal in glazing, Bloem Blockseal® to be used as a backing seal, provides ultimate security for airtight construction and air pressure equalization whithin the rebate, for this product is 100% compatible with both the primary and secondary seal from insulating glass; as well for PVB and EVA foils between the panes. CE marking and KOMO® Product Certificates, along with compatibility reports from insulating glass manufacturers, reinforce this reliability.
